1 General Provisions

cf99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or the "Company") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") described in this document apply to the cf99 website, its mobile version, and all of its services.

These Terms have been drawn up for players in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and all funds and bonuses will be cancelled. cf99 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your cf99 account. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password — at least eight characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• End your session completely after logging out.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
• Keep your email address secure, as it is used for account recovery.

cf99 will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account if it occurs due to your own negligence or carelessness.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at cf99 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) per method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other deposit methods are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5–30 minutes. Funds are sent within this timeframe after the withdrawal request has been verified and approved. The withdrawal method used must be the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, cf99 may request additional identity verification. This process is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure security. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cf99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms.
• cf99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus benefits may result in account suspension.
• A promotion may be claimed only once per household or IP address.
• VIP is available in three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%).

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Play Conditions

All games operated on cf99 are run under fair play principles. Each game provider has its own rules, which are detailed within that game. Players are advised to read the relevant rules carefully before starting a game.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or server problem, cf99 reserves the right to cancel that game round and refund the wagered amount. In such cases, cf99's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

cf99 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Official sources are used to determine betting results. If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with cf99's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cf99 platform:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to win by dishonest means.
• Using bots, automated software, or any type of hacking tool.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times by creating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Obscene, threatening, or abusive behavior.
• Attempting to play on behalf of a minor or using funds belonging to a minor.

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, cf99 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all funds and winnings.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cf99 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other media — is the intellectual property of cf99 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for any other purpose without prior written permission from cf99 is strictly prohibited.

Content belonging to third-party game providers on the platform (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and others) is their own intellectual property and is governed by their respective terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

cf99 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with your device.
• A game session ending due to an unexpected technical failure.
• Errors in third-party game software.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• External causes such as natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events.

cf99's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount you deposited in connection with the specific incident in question.

cf99 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspected money laundering.
• Order from a court or legal authority.

If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, the Company reserves the right to retain any remaining funds.

13 Changes to Terms

cf99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email or on the platform. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
